📌 How It Works:
Once you make your purchase, you’ll receive a Google Form where you’ll tell me all about your business, vision, and style preferences. Based on your responses, I’ll begin designing your custom branding kit. You’ll receive a first concept to review, followed by up to two rounds of revisions to refine everything until it feels just right

📌 How long does it take? Turnaround time is up to 7 days from the moment I receive your completed Google Form.
📌 Do I need a clear vision? Yes — you should know your business name, what you offer, and the general look and feel you're going for (think bright and playful vs minimalist and chic). If you’re unsure, I can guide you with examples
📌 Can I request more changes after the initial design is sent?
Absolutely! Each design package includes up to 2 rounds of refinements, which can cover small tweaks such as colour adjustments, text changes, or layout tweaks. These revisions are based on the answers you provide in the branding form, so please be as detailed as possible when filling that out.
If you’d like to make further changes beyond the 2 included rounds — such as exploring a new colour palette, different fonts, or requesting alternate layout versions — additional charges will apply to cover the extra design time.
This allows me to keep my prices affordable for small businesses, while also ensuring I can give each project the time and care it deserves.

📌 How will we communicate? All communication is done via email. This helps keep things organised and ensures we both have a clear record of your preferences and changes. I do not offer phone or video consultations at this time.
